"nature says nothing towards the man's activities but it matters that do you consider it or not"

Yes, normally people don't associate media with nature, but I guess the learning moment of our next nature explorations is that is not all that simple, to say the least.

This slogan indirectly states that the Media are everything but nature. Some examples: Flowers attract bees; birds shout to protect territory and man posts on a blog. All natural and mediated behaviour and so the media remain the message. Hence I'd say: Nature is change and the media changes along with it (... but the lack of contrast unfortunately doesn't make it a really good slogan. Let's rethink this one.)

What is your view on the coronavirus?

Siri Beerends: I really embrace the idea that viruses can teach us a lesson in modesty. It is necessary that our position as the dominant species on the planet is being challenged. I also agree that it is a mistake to think that we are becoming Gods. But unfortunately, this is actually what is happening now. Corona doesn’t teach us to be modest, it teaches us how we can -as quickly as possible- go back to business as usual: saving our capitalistic economy.
