Meat Stylus

Who wants a stylus?” Words by Apple’s Steve Jobs when introducing the iPhone that uses a revolutionary input device: the finger. And it works wonderfully, yet in some situations you prefer something else.

Recently sales of CJ Corporation's snack sausages are on the increase in South Korea because of the cold weather; they are useful as a meat stylus for those who don't want to take off their gloves to use their iPhones.

Apparently the sausages, electrostatically speaking, are close approximations of the human finger.

What is your view on the coronavirus?

Koert van Mensvoort: The virus makes us aware of other lifeforms with other perspectives, desires and needs. It also teaches us that we are one humanity. These viral invaders don’t discriminate on the basis of nationality, race, income, social status, political or sexual preference. We are together and must work together to overcome. Stay safe.
