This week you can get a taste of Bistro In Vitro Ice Cream at NEMO Science Museum in Amsterdam. Our ice cart will be there to serve six thrilling flavors: meat fruit, polar bear, bacon, ice queen, dragon and chocopanda. While savoring the ice cream, you can listen to NNN director Koert van Mensvoort tackling meat production and consumption and the possibilities of cultured meat. Keeping in mind our planet accelerates towards nine billion inhabitants, we should explore which future we actually want.

Join us on Tuesday, November 22nd, from 15.30 to 19:00 at NEMO Science Museum and attend the lecture at 16:30.

Joyce Nabuurs: To me this question seems to be a logical next step in the emancipation movement of the past century. More and more women entered the workspace, but the responsibility for pregnancy and childrearing remained female.
