Apparently this shampoo is marketed for people who's hair is becoming Grey and they like to have the long lost 'natural' color from their younger years back. Grey hair is not perceived as natural because it comes for free, without effort, and it is what they have, instead of something they have lost.

In our culture, nature is continually presented as a lost world. It is associated with originality, yet appears only once it has disappeared. Our experience of nature is a retro effect https://nextnature.net/research/?p=695
