It's time to discuss the future of meat. We started the discussion with a cookbook featuring 45 speculative recipes using in vitro meat, a meat ice cream cart filled with savory frozen delights and a virtual restaurant to explore the possibilities of lab-grown cuisine. Do you want to join the debate? Now you can get the full experience and visit our Meat the Future exhibition at Cube Design Museum in Kerkrade, the Netherlands. We selected a three course menu that will make you crave for more.

Start your meal lightly with some delicious Meat Oysters. And yes, just as the ocean-based counterpart, these too are natural aphrodisiacs.

For the main course, how about some garden-grown pig shoulder? Meet Pookie.

To conclude, add some love to the table by sharing some of the finest Microbial Lamb's Meat. These fermented bacteria have been prepared using minimal electricity and leave you with a hint of malted milk.

Still longing for more? That's the way to go. The Meat the Future exhibition runs until June 11 and it's open from Tuesday until Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. Don't forget to make your reservations and to bring along an appetite. In the meantime, keep an eye on our travelling Bistro In Vitro ice cream cart, you can even book it to your event!
