Damay Brouwers graduated in Business Administration in 2018 from Business School Notenboom, Eindhoven. During this study she gained sales experience at Evoluon as an intern. Then she worked at BDO as a support assistant accountant and returned to Evoluon in 2019 as an account manager.

Since 2022, Damay works for Next Nature and works as Sales Manager Events at the Evoluon. She is responsible for the sales and organization of events, from small meetings to business parties. Also she leads the sales team with the aim of ensuring that the team works as one team on the common goal of realizing great events.
