I am Erik den Ouden, 44 years old and head chef at the Evoluon. I live in the beautiful Budel (NB) where I like to spend my time with my girlfriend Inge (42), son Ben (13 years) and son Mathijs (9 years). In my spare time I like to eat and/or drink with friends and I try to be active with Volleyball. After completing secondary hotel school in Heerlen, I worked for many years as a cook and chef in renowned restaurants. Already 10 years ago I made the switch to the Evoluon. Here I have been able to facilitate fantastic events together with the team. From lunch for 2 to a party for 1500 and from apple pie with whipped cream to multi-day conferences. Every day at the Evoluon is a new challenge and I am very much looking forward to making Next Nature a smashing success together.
