Joseph Stuyfzand as senior experience director leads the design consulting team for Philips Healthcare Transformation Services. His multi-disciplinary global design team is part of Philips Experience Design creative force of some 500+ design professionals and more than 25 nationalities. Its headquarters are in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and it has 10 branch studios in various parts of Europe, the USA, and the Asia-Pacific region. He sees the hospital of the future as an empathic environment with a focus on the individual experience.
